How and when do you ship?
We ship USPS Priority Mail from San Rafael, CA. We ship within 2 business days to the lower 48 US states for a flat rate of $15 for orders of $175 or less, and $20 for orders $175 and up. Standard shipping time is typically 2-6 days to most locations, and you’ll receive a tracking number via email when your order has shipped. For time-sensitive packages, our fastest shipping option is UPS 2nd Day Air.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email when your order has shipped and allow 24 hours for it to begin tracking. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder,.
What about international shipping?
Orders will be shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS) International Priority Mail service. For Canada addresses, shipping fees are: $20 for orders up to $175; $25 for orders $175- $350.
All other international shipping is billed after the fact based on dimensions, value, weight and destination. If you’d like a shipping quote in advance, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your intended order. Otherwise, we will contact you with a shipping quote once your order has been received.
Any taxes/duties/customs fees charged by your country are the customer’s responsibility.
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards which we securely process through Square.
Do you charge sales tax?
Only if the shipping address is in California.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, and we are confident you will be! If you’re not, please contact us via email at email@example.com within 10 days of delivery to arrange a return. We ask that returned merchandise be free from use, stains, or any condition that would prevent it from being sold as new. Upon our receipt of your return shipment, we will email you confirmation that the refund or credit has been issued, less return shipping costs.
Due to customs and duty fees, all items shipped internationally, outside of the United States, are currently non-returnable.
What if my order is a gift?
Write us a note in the checkout process, we’ll be happy to swap out the invoice for a handwritten card if you tell us what you’d like it to say. While we don’t offer gift wrapping at this time, all Equipe orders will arrive attractively packed.
Do you take wholesale orders?
Yes. If you’re a brick-and-mortar retailer interested in selling Equipe goods, please use the contact form to send your name, store name, URL and resale number to us, along with your interest in wholesale info, and we’ll be in touch!
